Limited to just 10 participants, these 45min hybrid training sessions combine strength training with high intensity cardio, and suit all fitness levels. Conducted under the guidance of our highly experienced Coaches, there is a strong focus on functionality and form, to achieve results, while alleviating the risk of injury.

Our IMPACT Boxing sessions are the closest thing to sparring, without getting hit. Designed for beginners through to would-be fighters, you'll hone your skills while seriously working up a sweat.
